SBI PO Salary 2024
According to the notification, the starting basic SBI PO Salary 2024 is Rs. 41,960, including four advance increments, within the pay scale of Rs. 36,000-1,490/7-46,430-1,740/2-49,910-1,990/7-63,840, which applies to the Junior Management Grade Scale-I.
In addition to the basic pay, the PO will be entitled to various allowances such as Dearness Allowance (D.A), House Rent Allowance (H.R.A) or Lease Rental, City Compensatory Allowance (C.C.A), medical benefits, and other perks as per current regulations. The total annual compensation, on a Cost to Company (CTC) basis, ranges from a minimum of Rs. 8.20 lakhs to a maximum of Rs. 13.08 lakhs, depending on the location of the posting and other factors.
